Casmiran Inc. is a direct property acquisition company. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers. Nothing on this website constitutes real estate brokerage services, legal advice, or financial advice. When we purchase a property we do so as a principal buyer not as your agent or representative.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or submit any form. Our services are intended solely for adults who are legally authorized to enter into binding real estate agreements. By submitting a form you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
No-Obligation Offers
Submitting a form or speaking with us does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate us to purchase. Any purchase offer becomes binding only once both parties sign a written purchase and sale agreement. Offers may be adjusted or withdrawn prior to a signed agreement based on information discovered about the property condition or title.
